I'm reading that first word as 'Market'. "Market Tasters" - a menu listing for little fresh local bonne-bouches or appetizers, borne out by the writer's other food word choices. (Most people would write 'oranges' rather than 'clementines' :) ) Also 'bosamm' is probably a mis-spelt version of the Korean word 'bo-sam', boiled pork belly. Very on-trend and absolutely in the 'Charcuterie' section!
